PACE

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides services to adults ages 55 and older with chronic conditions requiring coordinated care, who can live safely at home. Services in the PACE model are provided by a team of specialized health care professionals who are bilingual and highly experienced in senior care.

Teen Services

San Ysidro Health Teen Clinic, located in Chula Vista, offers teens and young adults access to free and confidential in-person or telehealth services, including reproductive health care.

HIV Services

San Ysidro Health is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of people living with HIV and their families. We offer a comprehensive array of quality HIV services in a caring, supportive environment where patients can feel at home.

LGBTQ Services

At San Ysidro Health, our LGBTQ services provide specialty care while creating a safe, space for LGBTQ patients and families access resources and answer questions on sexual health and relationships.

San Ysidro Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center and a Federal Tort Claims Act Deemed facility. The Federal government acts as the primary insurer. FTCA deeming enables us to invest more to increase health care services and fund quality improvement activities.

This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
