Mobile Community Vaccination Program
Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and your community from vaccine-preventable diseases.
San Ysidro Health offers immunizations in central and south San Diego through the Mobile Preventive Health Services Department, in partnership with the County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency.
Through this program, we aim to:
- Provide immunizations in accessible, convenient community locations.
- Reduce transportation and access challenges to vaccination services.
- Foster community connections to promote health equity and preventive care.
San Ysidro Health offers COVID-19 and flu vaccines for everyone, regardless of insurance status.

In-Home Vaccination Program
Need vaccines but can’t leave your home? We bring the protection straight to you, at no cost and no insurance required. Our Homebound Vaccination Program provides essential vaccines for those with health concerns, mobility limitations, or transportation barriers. *Availability may vary. Age and eligibility requirements apply.
Complete the request form, and we’ll contact you to arrange your appointment.
