Urgent Care

No appointments are necessary. Walk-ins are welcome.

San Ysidro Health’s Urgent Care Services provides treatment for people with common, non-life-threatening illnesses in need of urgent medical attention who cannot wait for a physician appointment, but whose health condition is not severe enough for an emergency room visit. Additionally, both of our Urgent Care clinics offer the flu shot.

Please call 9-1-1 or go to a hospital Emergency Room if the person’s life is in immediate danger.

Urgent Care centers can treat common and non-life-threatening illnesses such as:

  • Minor cuts and burns
  • Sprains, strains and simple fractures
  • Fevers
  • Sore throats
  • Sinus or ear infections and allergies
  • Dizziness
  • Abdominal pain
  • Nausea and uncontrolled vomiting
  • and MORE

Our Urgent Care clinics accept Medi-Cal/Medicare and uninsured. For questions regarding if your insurance is accepted, please call (619) 600-3000.
