Founded in a small, three-room house in San Ysidro in 1969, we've expanded to over 50 clinic and program sites conveniently located in areas across San Diego County.

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides services to adults ages 55 and older with chronic conditions requiring coordinated care, who can live safely at home. Services in the PACE model are provided by a team of specialized health care professionals who are bilingual and highly experienced in senior care.
San Ysidro Health Teen Clinic, located in Chula Vista, offers teens and young adults access to free and confidential in-person or telehealth services, including reproductive health care.
