San Diego PACE offers experienced, compassionate doctors and staff in a warm and welcoming setting.
San Ysidro Health and its program sites are designed under the concept of the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care, where the patient, not the support staff or provider, is the focus of all care and services.
