This website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when interacting with you through our Site and through our general business operations, excluding our medical and healthcare services.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the San Ysidro Health patient portal website (available at mychart.syhealth.org) or mobile application (collectively, the “Patient Portal”), or to any data collected or processed via the Patient Portal or through our medical and healthcare services (“Health Data”). The Patient Portal and Health Data are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and are governed by a separate privacy notice, which is available HERE.

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. When you sign up for text messages from San Ysidro Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with San Ysidro Health. These messages may include:

• San Ysidro Health account updates
