Centro de Salud de la Comunidad de San Ysidro, Inc dba San Ysidro Health (collectively, “San Ysidro Health” “our,” “we,” or “us”) values and respects the privacy of visitors to our website, www.syhealth.org (the “Site”). This website privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose information when interacting with you through our Site and through our general business operations, excluding our medical and healthcare services.

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the San Ysidro Health patient portal website (available at mychart.syhealth.org) or mobile application (collectively, the “Patient Portal”), or to any data collected or processed via the Patient Portal or through our medical and healthcare services (“Health Data”). The Patient Portal and Health Data are subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) and are governed by a separate privacy notice, which is available HERE.

We encourage you to read this Privacy Policy carefully and if you have any questions to contact us using the methods listed below. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. Any changes will be reflected in a revised Privacy Policy posted on the Site and we will alert you that there has been a change by updating the “Last Updated” date displayed on the Privacy Policy. When you sign up for text messages from San Ysidro Health, you are signing up to receive text messages related to your relationship with San Ysidro Health. These messages may include:

  • San Ysidro Health account updates

  • Billing notifications
  • Care management updates

You can opt out of SMS messages by texting STOP to the respective text message. Your opt-out request will generate one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
