Project Dulce Program

Project Dulce is a diabetes management program designed by Scripps.

All San Ysidro Health patients who have been diagnosed with diabetes and are 18 years of age or older are welcome to join this free program. The program consists of five virtual classes and is offered in both English and Spanish.

Program Duration:

5 group sessions on a weekly schedule.

Session Content: 
  1. Getting to Know Diabetes
  2. Healthy Eating
  3. Healthy Coping and Physical Activity
  4. Diabetes Medications
  5. Staying Well With Diabetes
