About Us
San Ysidro Health Teen Clinic is a health clinic located in Chula Vista, CA where teens and young adults can access FREE services.
Since our opening in 2011, our mission has been simple: to offer free and confidential reproductive health services in a relaxed parent-free environment. We provide confidential services including birth control, sexually transmissible infections (STI) testing and counseling, substance use screening, and advice on healthy relationships. The clinic is staffed by young professionals who can explain your choices and provide you with all of your options. Kick back and hang out while you wait to see your doctor or health counselor. Our friendly staff can also talk to you about relationships or anything else that you may want to find out about.
If an individual between the age of 12 and 24 has questions or concerns regarding teen health. The Teen Clinic is a parent-free environment and is open Mon. – Fri. from 9:00am – 4:30pm, closed from 12:30pm – 1:00pm for lunch. Last appointment is at 4:00pm.
