Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic

San Ysidro Health offers help through our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). These services are for adults age 18 and older who struggle with serious mental illness or substance use problems.

At our CCBHC, we offer:

  • Outpatient, community-based mental health and substance use disorder services
  • Screening assessment and diagnosis
  • Primary care screening and monitoring of key health indicators and health risks
  • Care for both mental health and physical health
  • Treatments based on evidence-based practices
  • Help from case managers who make sure all your needs are met
  • Better access to health services
  • Improved overall health outcomes
