Updating your Communication Preferences

Patients with MySanYsidroHealth accounts can update their communication preferences at any time by logging into the app.

Step 1: When patients log into their MySanYsidroHealth account, they should click on menu then Communication Preferences.

Step 2: You should then view your current selections. If an item has a green check mark, that means it is selected as one of your preferred ways of communicating.

Step 3: To look more closely at the types of notifications you will receive for different types of messages, look at the Details section.

Step 4: By selecting Advanced Settings, you can see the specific types of notifications you can receive.

Please Note: If you do not have a MySanYsidroHealth account, you will need to receive assistance from the front desk at your clinic if you're interested in changing your communication preferences.
