San Ysidro Health’s Youth Enhancement Services (YES) program, located in the South Bay area, is a county-contracted behavioral health clinic dedicated to improving the mental health and well-being of children, youth, and families.
YES serves children, adolescents, young adults (up to age of 21) and their families, providing individual, family, group therapy/counseling, case management and psychiatric services to address their diverse needs. Our bilingual staff understands the importance of cultural diversity and provides trauma and grief informed care. The YES care team includes behavioral health therapists, case managers, substance use disorder counselors, a family/youth peer support specialist, and a psychiatrist.
To ensure the highest quality of care, YES emphasizes collaboration between the treatment team and the client, the family, school, primary care provider, and other community providers.

This program is certified as a Medi-Cal provider by the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency and the California Department of Mental Health.
San Ysidro Health Youth Enhancement Services is funded through contracts with the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency and is part of the San Diego System of Care. The program accepts clients with Medi-Cal and also offers a sliding scale fee for the uninsured.
