All San Ysidro Health clinics offer COVID-19 testing appointments for PCR and Rapid Antigen COVID-19 testing. Please visit our Find a Location page to find a clinic near you.
If you would like to get tested at a San Ysidro Health clinic location, you can call or text (619) 662-4100 to schedule an appointment.
Rapid antigen home testing kits are being distributed at all San Ysidro Health clinics and Mobile Units. You can ask any Patient Services Representative (located at the registration desk at your clinic) for help getting a home testing kit.
You can also purchase at-home test kits online or at local pharmacies and retail stores. For information on how to access at-home test kits for free, click here.
